Our Services

Because we are a family business you will deal with either Gianni or Abbie, from time to time one of the children may answer, don’t be alarmed they’re all house trained and will be happy to help.

We have visited all the properties we promote and so we know the area and what it has to offer. We can also arrange for a private transfer service directly to and from your accommodation or provide car hire information if you would prefer the flexibility of getting around on your own.

Prior to your departure we will send you details confirming your booking and any other services you may have requested. We will also give you detailed instructions on how to get to your accommodation, in addition we can provide contact details should you require any further help while you are on your visit.

Insurance

Grazia Vista recommend that you take out adequate insurance cover, especially for things like medical emergencies, cancellations, loss of baggage, passports, money and personal liability.
As the E-111 form is no longer in use, you should apply for a European health insurance card via your local NHS office.

Booking

Should you require any further information please feel free to contact us on any of the numbers provided.

Once you have chosen, please contact us and we will check the availability of your holiday and confirm the booking with you, we will then require a 25% deposit to secure the booking. (Please refer to the relevant sites for additional costs.)

The balance of your holiday must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
If you are unable to pay or you have to cancel your stay for any reason, we would ask you to contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the length of notice you give us, we may have to make a standard cancellation charge.

Any bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to departure must be paid in full upon receipt of confirmation.

Flights

We do not include flights in our service, but we are more than happy to help with any questions you may have concerning them. At the moment flights are available daily from London Stanstead to Pescara and Verona. You can also fly from most UK regional airports to Milan and Rome, both of which are within easy reach of our accommodation.

Travel links

Most of our accommodation can be reached via excellent rail links throughout Italy, and also via direct motorway routes.

Payment

Payment should be made by personal cheque or bankers draught.
We apologise but we are unable to accept credit card payment at this moment in time.
